Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind & Order Cancellation
All orders are placed directly with our factory, and payment is processed immediately. Therefore, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to change of mind. Please ensure your selection is final before completing your purchase.
2. Product Images & Variations
All product photos are for reference only. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen display differences, and production processes. These natural differences are not considered faults and are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Factory Faults Only
We only accept returns or refunds for genuine factory defects. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and provide photos or videos for assessment. Once the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will arrange for return and either a replacement or a full refund.
4. Damages Not Covered
Any damage caused by improper use, mishandling, assembly errors, or wear and tear is not considered a factory fault and is therefore not eligible for return or refund.
5. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
